The Payson Graduate Student Association (PGSA) is presenting an International Development Colloquium Series (IDCS) event entitled “The Third Plenary Session of 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Its Developmental Implications”.

Light refreshments will be served.

Over the past few months, this topic has received substantial attention and coverage from the media, and political leaders and pundits have been debating the potential impacts of the key decisions reached in that plenary session. We hope that you will find the topic interesting.

The Guest Speaker is Ms. Ting Lyu, a visiting scholar from the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs in Beijing. CPIFA is a prestigious, "soft diplomacy" wing of the Chinese foreign ministry.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Warm Regards,

Payson Graduate Student Association
