NewDay Speaker: Matt Flannery, Co-Founder of Kiva

Matt Flannery, founder of Kiva, will be visiting Tulane in January as a feature expert in the NewDay Speaker Series.  Kiva is a non-profit that connects people through lending to alleviate poverty.  Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.

Whether you're a first year graduate student or in your third year and beyond, Graduate Student Re-orientation is designed to refresh our graduate community of the services, offices and programs available to them.  Our speakers will provide information about the services on campus and answer your questions.
