Payson Center Signs Memo of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Haiti

On May 3, 2012 the Payson Center entered into an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Haiti to assist in fostering sustainable human development in Haiti. The Payson Center aims to assist the Government of Haiti in three major focus areas: Higher Education, Legal Reform and Affordable Housing.
