In addition to these organizations, which are directly involved with the Payson Center, representatives from several hundred organizations - U.S. and foreign governmental agencies, NGOs and PVOs - comprise an informal network of experts that, in many cases, is able to provide critical peer-to-peer information exchange based upon relevant real-world experience. The ability to share experience leverages development efforts and increases individual, national and international effectiveness.
