PGSA Picks are recommendations from fellow Paysonites for development-related events throughout the New Orleans area and beyond. PGSA is the acronym for Payson Graduate Student Association, a student-lead body dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community among Payson Center students (aka “Paysonites”).
The Greenbuild International Conference and Expo will be in New Orleans from October 22 to the 24th at the Morial Convention Center and they are looking for student volunteers who will receive free admission to the conference in exchange for eight hours of service.
Greenbuild is the premier event for sustainable building. Featuring three exhilarating days of uplifting speakers, unmatched networking opportunities, showcases, LEED workshops and tours of green buildings in New Orleans, Greenbuild offers a place for thousands to gather and renew their commitment to the green movement.

Volutneers will receive free admission to the conference, which will provide exciting educational opportunities on the latest in the green building movement, and amazing networking opportunities for students and professionals. This includes access to the opening keynote, exhibit hall, education sessions, conference bag, credentials and the show program
