The workshop will offer an introduction to Conflict Resolution, led by Professor Jörg Fedtke, Tulane Law School's A.N. Yiannopoulos Professor in Comparative Law and current Director of Tulane Law's Summer Abroad Program on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Berlin, Germany.
