Academic and institutional achievement awards bestowed on the graduating class of 2015



On Friday, May 15th, the Tulane Law School Payson Center for International Development celebrated its third annual Graduate Recognition Ceremony with a luncheon to recognize their accomplished graduate, undergraduate and doctoral students. Dean of Law School, David D. Meyer  and Payson Center Executive Director, Colin Crawford presided over the ceremony.

The International Studies Association (ISA) is currently seeking Payson Center students interested in a volunteering at the upcoming ISA Annual Convention in New Orleans, held from February 18-21, 2015.

City, Culture, and Community Graduate Student Symposium

Social Justice and the City

This symposium is an opportunity for graduate student scholars to present their work in an interdisciplinary environment. We are interested in how scholars frame issues of social justice in terms of disaster resilience, urban design and planning, public participation in policy, and the environment in the context of urban change. Approaching the tenth anniversary year of Hurricane Katrina, this symposium is an opportunity to explore urban equity in a global context.

Spring 2015 New Graduate Student Orientation

On-campus attendees should arrive at 1:30 PM CST.

Distance-based students are encouraged to join at 1:15 PM CST via the GoToMeeting virtual meeting platform (please follow connection information below) which requires a high-speed internet connection and a microphone for communication (there will be no  teleconference bridge).

Application Deadline for Fall 2015 Graduate Program Admission

Students who wish to be considered for admission to the graduate program should apply to the Payson Center. Applicants applying for admission for the Fall 2015 semester, must send completed applications no later than March 1, 2015.
