Advocacy Project recruits graduate student to work for human rights as Peace Fellows

The Advocacy Project (AP) is recruiting graduate students to volunteer with AP’s community-based partners this summer (2014). This is the fellowship for those who relish a challenge and want to work on the front lines for human rights! AP has sent 240 Peace Fellows to work for human rights since 2003.

Deadline for applications: March 3, 2014.

Alliance to Harness Information Technology for Decision-Making and Capacity Building in West Africa

The goal of the project is to build the capacity of the West African Health Organization (WAHO) and its member states to contribute to the socioeconomic development, health and nutrition of West Africa.  More specifically the project seeks to link together the focal points (individuals of the ECOWAS member states) for nutrition and blindness both personally and electronically to faster information exchange, best practices, and communication.
